表面上是說男孩的媽媽不想要他玩娃娃，於是娃娃輾轉送到不懂得愛惜玩具的女孩手上

其實是，主角被愛人的家人拆散，後來又碰到不對的人(或者勉強自己跟不對的人在一起)

等到再出現在那個人面前，已經不是當初的那個他了，如被破壞欺凌的娃娃一般面目全非

曾經是被寵愛的toy boy

用這樣音樂劇般夢幻的音樂和可愛的比喻來述說同性戀的哀傷，對比下有點自嘲的感覺
